Right of withdrawal

The garment you purchased was made with artisanal techniques.

The particularity of these processes and the accurate finishes are then the sign of the most refined Italian taste that give the garment extreme originality and a unique and inimitable style.

Any wear, streaks and variations in size are not to be considered defects but significant properties of the product itself.

The beauty of this garment is inimitable and unmistakable because it is made with labor and fabrics entirely MADE IN ITALY

These products are made and packaged in our laboratories in SARDINIA with an artisanal method.


1. Pursuant to art. 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, if the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating a VAT number in the order form), he has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason within 30 days of receiving the goods, without any penalty and without prejudice to what is indicated in point 3.

2. To exercise this right, the customer must enter a withdrawal request in which it will also be necessary to indicate the bank details necessary to return the sums paid or PayPal;

The system will send the customer via email a paper form which must be printed and sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods to:

The form for exercising the right of withdrawal with an authorization number will be sent by e-mail, which must be attached to the outside of the envelope in which the product will be physically placed and sent to Eles Italia S.R.L.S ..

3. The right of withdrawal is in any case subject to the following conditions:

  • the law applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product;
  • the law does not apply pursuant to art. 48 of the Consumer Code, once Eles Italia S.R.L.S. has already performed your requested performance.
  • the shipping costs for returning the goods are charged to the customer;
  • the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse is received, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;
  • in case of damage to the goods during transport, the customer will be notified of the incident (within 5 working days from receipt of the goods in their warehouses), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier he has chosen and obtain reimbursement of the value of the asset (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, at the same time canceling the request for withdrawal;
  • Eles Italia S.R.L.S. is not liable in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments;

3. Without prejudice to any repair costs for damage to the original packaging, the customer will be reimbursed for the amount already paid for the purchase of the goods, within 14 days of his return, by transferring the amount charged to the credit card or by bank transfer. In the latter case, it will be the customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the reimbursement (Code IBAN and Bank of the invoice holder).

4. The right of withdrawal is totally lost, for lack of the essential condition of integrity of the asset (packaging and / or its contents), in cases where it is ascertained:

  • the lack of the external packaging and / or the original internal packaging;
  • the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, manuals, parts, ...);
  • damage to the product for reasons other than its transport

Online dispute resolution for consumers

The consumer resident in Europe must be aware of the fact that the European Commission has set up an online platform that provides an alternative dispute resolution tool. This tool can be used by the European consumer to resolve in a non-judicial way any dispute relating to and / or deriving from contracts for the sale of goods and services entered into online.
